This Image Privacy Policy explains specifically how AI Images Upscaler (Unlimited) ("we", "our", or "us") collects, processes, stores, and deletes the images you upload to our Service. It complements — and does not replace — our general Privacy Policy, which covers other personal data such as account and payment information.
When you use our Service, we collect the image files you choose to upload, along with associated technical metadata needed to process your request — such as file format, dimensions, file size, and job status. We do not require you to create an account or provide personal identity documents to upload an image.
Uploaded images are transmitted to our processing infrastructure over encrypted connections. Our AI models process the image to produce an enhanced, upscaled output. Processing is automated — your image is not manually viewed by staff as part of normal operation, except where necessary to investigate a specific support request, technical error, or suspected policy violation that you or another party has reported.
We store uploaded and processed images only for as long as necessary to complete processing and to allow you to download your results. Images and related job data are retained for a limited period after processing — typically within 24–48 hours — after which they are automatically cleaned up from our systems. We do not use images you upload to train, fine-tune, or otherwise improve our AI models, and we do not sell or license your images to third parties. Your images are used exclusively to generate the output you requested.
We apply technical and organizational safeguards to protect your images while they are in transit and in temporary storage, including encrypted connections, restricted access to processing systems, and automated cleanup of temporary files after the retention window. No system can be guaranteed 100% secure, and we encourage you to avoid uploading images containing sensitive personal information you are not comfortable processing through a third-party service.
We do not share your images with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Images may pass through infrastructure and processing service providers strictly to the extent necessary to deliver the Service to you, under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law (for example, in response to a valid legal request).
You control what you upload and can choose not to submit images you do not want processed. Since images are automatically deleted after a limited retention period, in most cases no separate deletion request is needed; if you would like an uploaded image removed sooner, contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist.
Our Service is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect images submitted by children under 13 without appropriate consent. Users must not upload content depicting minors in an inappropriate or exploitative manner; such content is strictly prohibited and may be reported to appropriate authorities.
Depending on where you access the Service, your images may be transmitted to and processed on infrastructure located in a different country than your own. We take steps to ensure such processing is handled with an equivalent level of care regardless of location.
We may update this Image Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date on this page.
