The service offers a free tier that allows upscaling of up to 10 images. For batches exceeding 10 images, paid plans are required. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Plan pricing may vary based on your location.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the images you upload. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing the upscaling service. The upscaled images remain your property.

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service unavailability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Images Upscaler (Unlimited) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
