This AI Usage Policy explains how AI Images Upscaler (Unlimited) ("we", "our", or "us") uses artificial intelligence to power our Service, and sets out the responsibilities of users when submitting content for AI processing. It applies to all use of the image upscaling and enhancement features available at www.aiimagesupscaler.com.
Our core Service uses AI-based image super-resolution models to enlarge and enhance images you upload — increasing resolution, sharpening detail, and reducing compression artifacts. Processing happens automatically once you submit an image; there is no manual "editing" of your content by our team as part of normal processing.
Images you upload are used solely to generate your requested upscaled output. We do not use user-uploaded images to train, fine-tune, or otherwise improve our AI models, and we do not use your images for any purpose beyond delivering the Service to you. Uploaded and processed images are stored only temporarily and are handled in line with our Image Privacy Policy.
You may only submit images you have the right to use. You must not use our AI features to process, generate, or attempt to enhance content that:

AI upscaling reconstructs plausible detail based on patterns learned during model training; it does not "know" the true original scene beyond what is present in your input image. As with any AI system, results can occasionally include minor artifacts or imperfect reconstructions, particularly on very low-quality or heavily compressed inputs. We continuously monitor output quality and improve our models, but outputs should not be treated as forensically exact reproductions of an original scene.
Image processing runs on secure cloud-based infrastructure designed to handle uploads reliably and to isolate user data during processing. Access to processing systems is restricted to what is necessary to operate and maintain the Service.
We aim to be clear that our Service is AI-powered and that outputs are machine-generated enhancements of user-submitted images. If you have concerns about a specific output, or believe our AI has been used to process content in violation of this policy, please report it to us using the contact details below.
