Understand what each job status means
- Queued: Job is waiting to start — paid batches process first; free 2–3 image jobs may enter a high-demand queue
- High demand (2–3 images only): Estimated wait 10–45 minutes; skip for $1.00
- Processing: Images are being upscaled
- Completed: All images are ready for download
- Failed: Job encountered an error (try uploading again)
How to download your upscaled images
- Go to the "Completed Jobs" tab
- Click "Download All" to download all images at once
- Download individual images as needed
- Images are saved in their original format with enhanced quality
How free 2–3 image jobs are handled during peak traffic
- Single-image uploads never use this queue — no wait timer
- Applies only to free jobs with 2 or 3 images
- Always free — no payment required to wait
- Typical wait: 10–45 minutes with a live countdown
- Queue position shows approximate jobs ahead (800–2,000 range)
- Skip queue anytime for $1.00
- Does not apply to paid batches, daily 4–10 free batch, active Daily/Weekly Pass holders
